At Kora Shoes, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations, as they differ for domestic and international orders.
Important International Order Policy
All sales for items shipped to addresses outside of Nigeria are final. Due to the complexities and costs of international shipping and customs, we cannot accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds for international purchases.
1. Eligibility for Returns (Domestic Orders Only)
- Time Frame: You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all returns.
- International Orders: This section applies only to orders shipped within Nigeria. International orders are final sale.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- All International Orders (see policy above)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
3. Return Process (Domestic Orders Only)
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@korashoes.com within 15 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without an RA number may not be accepted.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds (Domestic Orders Only)
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, items returned after the 30-day window).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
5. Exchanges (Domestic Orders Only)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at support@korashoes.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@korashoes.com with your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as follows:
- Domestic Orders: We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- International Orders: We will work towards a solution, which may include a partial refund to compensate for the issue, as a full replacement or return may not be feasible.
